personal growth COACH

A Little About Me
Helping people reconnect with themselves has become the purpose of my work.
Like many of the people I coach, my greatest growth didn’t come during life’s easy seasons. It came through the experiences that challenged me most, like the career transitions, the end of a long marriage, caregiving, grief, and learning to question the beliefs and protective patterns that had quietly shaped my life for years.
Those experiences didn’t just change my circumstances. They changed my relationship with myself.
For the first time, I began slowing down long enough to notice what was happening beneath the surface, to understand how my thoughts, emotions, and automatic habits influenced the way I experienced life. What I discovered wasn’t a better version of myself to strive toward. It was a gradual return to who I had been all along beneath the conditioning.
That journey continues today, and it has become the foundation of my work.
My Approach
I believe we all possess an innate capacity for wisdom, growth, and healing. Yet when life becomes overwhelming, we naturally lose touch with that inner knowing and fall back on familiar protective patterns.
My role isn’t to tell you who you should become.
It’s to help you reconnect with who you already are.
Through mindfulness, compassionate inquiry, and the practical wisdom of the Enneagram, I help clients recognize the unconscious patterns shaping their experience, meet themselves with greater awareness and compassion, and begin making choices that reflect what truly matters.
Rather than offering quick answers or fixed solutions, I guide a process of discovery by helping you cultivate the awareness, self-trust, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges long after our work together has ended.
Why This Work Matters to Me
I’ve come to believe that life isn’t asking us to become someone else.
It’s inviting us to remember who we are beneath the fear, conditioning, and protective strategies we’ve developed along the way.
That is why I created the Reconnect Method, a practical process that helps people pause, become aware, reconnect with themselves, and respond to life with greater clarity, compassion, and intention.
The greatest gift I hope to offer isn’t simply insight or healing.
It’s helping people develop a relationship with themselves they can trust.
Because when we learn to reconnect with ourselves, we begin to meet life differently. And over time, those small moments of awareness become the foundation for a life lived with greater authenticity, freedom, and purpose.
My Background
My coaching is influenced by both lived experience and years of professional study.
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than two decades in Human Resources and Organizational Development, partnering with leaders and teams through growth, change, and complex human dynamics. My own personal journey led me to explore and become certified in several transformative approaches, including the Enneagram, Hypnotherapy, and Conscious Uncoupling®, while also studying mindfulness, neuroscience, somatic awareness, trauma-informed practices, and contemplative inquiry.
These influences inform my work, but no single modality defines it.
Every client is different. My role is to listen deeply, meet you where you are, and draw from the approaches that best support your unique path.
